As the team is small, everyone will work as backup for each other. This position gives you a great opportunity to work with all Nordic countries and experience a new function at Whirlpool. We are looking for a candidate who in the future will have the opportunity to grow within our finance department. The position is temporary during summer 2017.
Main responsibilities:
• Open and maintain customer numbers in accounts receivable
• Dunning and dealing with collections in accordance with our credit policy
• Post incoming trade partner payments mainly for Norway
• Order release
• Act as backup for the switchboard and C&C phone calls, together with the rest of the team
• Other finance admin and support.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Degree or studying Finance/Business Administration
• Experience from working in a finance department
• Good communication and negotiation skills as well as team work capability
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement, both written and speaking, one more Nordic language is beneficial
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Experience from working in SAP or similar tool
• It is beneficial if you have previous experience in Accounts Receivable or other relevant finance tasks.
