We are now strengthening our team and are looking for a Creative Lead at Customer Experience!

Job Description
As Creative Lead you are responsible for the creative direction of store concepts for all Lifestyle Brands; H&M Home, H&M Beauty and H&M Sport according to set brand DNAs. You set creative direction of concept developments, new retail formats and interior design development. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You take a leading part in creating ideas to drive customer experience of our brands forward into the future in a strategic way.
Responsible for Lifestyle Brands Identities in Store.
Stay updated on general development within retail and consumer behavior and seek business and branding opportunities within them.
You continuously develop the store concepts in a customer-oriented and sustainable way.
Keep updated on all on-going store related projects within Brands to be able to support and comment on design directions.
Involve, collaborate, and inform all necessary functions within and outside the Lifestyle brands to drive long- and short-term goals.
Close collaboration with Brand Architectural Leads.
Brands store concept presentations, internally and externally.
Set Design Briefs.

Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced leader within the area of retail architecture or interior, who wants to be a part of driving the success of Lifestyles Brands further. You have an overall understanding of and experience from spatial development, from conceptual work to full scale detailing and a great interest in fashion and retail. You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in an international environment and have the ability to handle multiple complex projects at the same time. We believe you to be brave in your way of working, you get energy from trying the unfamiliar with an agile mindset and always welcoming the unexpected. You are communicative person with a positive attitude, you take ownership of your work and always give it your best. Most importantly of all, we want you to be you, we encourage diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
We believe you have:
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a leader within the area of commercial/retail architecture or interior design with focus on store concept development and/or store design and planning
Minimum a bachelor's degree within Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
Good strategic abilities, i.e., able to define, package and communicate effective mid- and long-term plans supporting an overall vision or strategic direction.
Strong project management skills, being able to overlook and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders.
Great communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Ability to travel
