All about the role:
The Cost Excellence Program (CEP) Manager, Product Line Care is a key role within Electrolux's Global Product Line. This position reports to the CEP Head, Product Line Care and is responsible for driving cost efficiency across various areas, including procurement, product cost, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and warranty.

What you'll do:
Interact regularly with the Product Line Care Leadership team on matters of Target setting, Performance, Gaps and solutions.
Lead and Participate in CEP Governance processes, through a set cadence of operational reviews designed to ensure regular performance reviews, problem identification, and resolution.
Part of the cadence will be led by you, with part having you as a participant and contributor. You will however see the full situation, and be expected to take a proactive role in steering progress, and identifying road blocks or challenges to then ensure resolutions are in place.
Within the Governance owned by you, ensure Stakeholders are defined, aligned and motivated to the task.
You will understand performance from ongoing metrics, and you will ensure any corrections are identified and implemented proactively.
You will work collaboratively with finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure processes, systems and reporting are adequate, or where improvements are required, you will take part in cross functional work to ensure programs are put in place to deliver, and in some cases take ownership of such programs.
To ensure potential savings pipeline exists to meet targets, you will work with the key functions of R&D and Procurement to ensure an ongoing strategy, time plan is in place and followed up.
You will support in resource need assessments to deliver on saving potential with relevant stakeholders and functions.
Build and maintain your strong internal stakeholders (Procurement, R&D, PL, Supply Chain, Mfg, QA, Design, etc) at Functional and Business Area levels allowing you to create value through collaboration.
Act as escalation point for cross function team interactions with suppliers.
You will be required to travel from time to time to visit business and plants, as well as core functions.
Who you are:
Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering and/or have specialties in project management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant functional area, examples Procurement, Quality, R&D or project management roles.
Background in executing strategic initiatives that drive performance and have experience leading complex projects.
Excellent communication, written and verbal, including presentation skills.
Ability to work with diverse individuals in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. You see stakeholder management as core to your success.
Demonstrated conflict resolutions skills. You are able to support breaking down the issues to create a working collaborative team environment.
Willing to seek help when needed, but you take on complex work with your own initiative.
Skilled at leading and mentoring teams, including senior management, and having identified issues bringing them to light for assessment and direction.
Proven experience in utilizing analytical tools, including cost modeling, data mining, and advanced Excel, to extract insights and inform decision-making.
Where you'll be:
This position can be based at an Electrolux location close to our manufacturing, Procurement or R&D centres. Some Travel may be required up to 20%.
