Titel: Cost Controller, Financial Business Partnering Team - Maersk Line Scandinavia
Maersk Line Scandinavia is now looking to employ a Cost Controller in the Scandinavian Finance Business Partnering (FBPN) Team. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden which is the Scandinavian head office for Maersk Line.
With coverage of both financial and cost controlling, the position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and be across the full scope of our inland business, as well as interacting with key stakeholders and staff on all levels.
We are looking for a person with ambition, drive, confidence and most importantly - a persevering mindset!
We offer an open environment where there is the opportunity to seek and drive cost improvements and efficiencies based on own initiative, whilst taking projects through to final delivery.
Responsibilities:
• As cost controller you will monitor, develop and improve business processes related to the operational function - You support the business in taking responsibility for monthly financial cost reporting of operational inland activities
• Prepare rolling cost forecast(s) whilst ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide decision support through in-depth analysis
• Analyse relevant cost kpi's, review targets and ensure follow-up
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience (especially in related business control function)
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energy and result orientation as trademarks
• Fluent in English, oral and written
Desirable skills:
• SAP knowledge/experience
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Project management skills
• Shipping experience
