We are seeking
A corporate QMIT Specialist for establishing and maintaining a compliant quality management system for IT with focus on project management and validation/qualification. You will provide support to head of corporate QMIT and also be responsible building up a Project Management Office for corporate IT. The job includes a close cooperation with corporate functions, site IT Managers and site QMIT specialists. This corporate position reports to corporate Quality Management IT and is located in Stockholm.
About the job
Corporate QMIT support tasks includes:
• Development, administration and continuous improvement of the quality management system procedures and documentation within corporate IT.
• Provide guidance and training of the quality management system to site IT functions and for corporate IT project team members.
• Project manager and validation lead for corporate IT projects.
For the Corporate IT Project Management Office you are responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of:
• A standard project methodology for corporate IT projects, based on Octapharma's XLPM-project methodology with integration to validation and qualification activities.
• A centralized repository of project information and standard status reports for the corporate IT project portfolio.
• Corporate IT project management support for projects; training and support to project managers, review of project documentation and participation in the corporate IT Change Board.
The ideal candidate
You have:
• Bachelor-, master- or equivalent degree and experience from project management in regulated industry.
• A strong interest in how computerised systems can be used to support the business and how successful implementation projects can be achieved.
• Experience or strong interest for process based business management systems, such ISO, and usage of continuous improvements tools, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
It is an advantage with good knowledge and experience of the application of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements for computerised systems.
