We are now looking for a PR & Corporate Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communication team within Corporate Marketing.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In your role as PR & Corporate Communications Manager, you are responsible for the development of Axis general corporate and technology communication to the various stakeholders such as the media and society.
Furthermore, you have the responsibility to coordinate the work related to sustainability issues and is responsible for the communication of these. Here, you work together with representatives from HR, Finance, Operations and Research & Development. For crisis communication, you have the responsibility for the preparatory work and, among other things, training managers in terms of the communication for this type of issues as well as for true events, where you work closely with the CEO and the management group.
You have direct operational responsibility for the corporate media including business press, local press, and various international trade press and provide the Axis organization, including the global sales and marketing organization, with content, materials and advice for their public relations activities.
You have a central role in corporate communications and work closely with various stakeholders, including the head of corporate internal communications.
The role involves domestic and international travelling up to 15-30 days/year.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that you are a positive, communicative and open minded person with a genuine interest in Communications and PR. You are structured, flexible and proactive which gives you a good ability to multi-task. Furthermore, you have great social network skills and express yourself very well in both written and oral communication.
You have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration and at least 10 years working experience
• Proven experience of having worked with corporate communication including crisis communication and issue handling
• Previous responsibility of corporate communication and PR in an international company
• Experience of having worked with communications related to sustainability (GRI reporting)
It is meriting if you also have:
• Knowledge of branding, market segmentation and target group management
• Experience of having worked in a technology company
• Experience of Marketing/PR of IT or technology oriented products
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
CORPORATE MARKETING AND THE CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with and supporting the company's overall goals and business strategy. Corporate Communications is a unit within Corporate Marketing responsible for overall corporate communications, media relations and public relations of products and technologies as well as digital marketing, marcom and events.
PR & Corporate Communications mission is to contribute to Axis' success and support the business goals and to give a clear understanding of the company's environment, its strategy, its business approach and its culture. The information shall be clear, consistent and trustworthy and shall ensure a continuous flow of information and increase knowledge about Axis and also contribute to strengthen Axis' image.
