Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Accounts, the Corporate Account Director (CAD) is responsible for growing sales revenue through identifying and developing business opportunities within new accounts for Regus. This process will involve prospecting and qualifying a portfolio of accounts, assigned by the Corporate Office, for business across all product lines offered by the company. A CAD's success will be determined by his/her ability to surface and close business from new accounts and achieve/exceed monthly revenue targets.

• Excellent English + fluency in Swedish.
• Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably with a major in business.
• Successful track record in selling to large and mid-size global companies.
• 5 years of senior level sales experience in the business services industry.
• Ability to reach C-level (Executive) company officials of large and mid-size global companies.
• Ability to develop, sustain contacts and implement business solutions in large and mid-size global companies.
• Sees a vision and is not deterred from achieving it.
• Committed to the company and the achievement of its goals.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, written and oral, including group presentations. In addition, has a willingness to listen to the thoughts and ideas of others.
• Has the ability to effectively influence others and engage clients and co-workers on difficult issues.
• Ability to inspire confidence in and gain respect from superiors, peers and industry partners.
• Combines a confident, self-starting, high performance orientation with a track record that reflects a "can do" attitude.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and networking within the industry.
