About Epiroc
Atlas Copco is growing into two separate global companies. In the end of 2017 a new legal group was created, Epiroc. The business area of Epiroc is Mining and Excavation. Epiroc provides equipment for drilling and rock excavation, a complete range of related consumables and service through global network. Product development and manufacturing units are located in Sweden, the United States, Canada, China and India.
About the role
As a Coordinator International Compensation & Benefits you will be involved in the administration of pension solutions, insurances as well as general administration of international employees within Epiroc.
You will be working with tasks that involves organizing alternative pension solutions for international assignees unable to remain in
their home country schemes. This means close contacts with external consultants and correspondence with employees and their managers.
You will support activities to manage contracts, preparation of salary review and administration of the different insurances provided
to the international mobile employees.
You will be responsible for the development of internal processes and other projects related to the maintenance of international
pensions.
You will work close to HR-managers/Divisional HR managers and subsidiaries across the group as well with external stakeholders.
You will be a liaison between accounting and Global mobility.
You will report to the vice president HR.
About you
To be successful in this position, you have 3-4 years of experience working with administration within a similar cross functional area in an international environment or an economic background. You must be business oriented and possess a good understanding of the general concepts of business flows and processes. You must be able to handle pressure and to meet strict deadlines, demonstrate efficient planning and organization skills. You are logical and analytical and eager to get things done correctly and professional.
Furthermore, we see that you are very result orientated, passionate about your field of expertise and helping your costumers.
Important for the role:
• A university degree, preferably in Business administration, Law or Economics is required.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is necessary, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Result- orientated team player who enjoys working independently with problem solving, service minded, great communication
skills and interest in people

About the employment
The assignment as Coordinator Global Mobility and International Compensation & Benefits at Epiroc, Atlas Copco is a consultative assignment with an appointment immediately. Initially, the assignment is for 6 months. As a consultant, you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden.
