hela Sverige Sobi is looking to recruit a Contract Manufacturing Manager responsible for supply of Finished Goods. The desired candidate enjoys working in a day-to-day operational role, has a couple of years' experience from pharmaceutical industry and has knowledge of Finished Goods supply, secondary packaging and labelling. Job description
The External Manufacturing department is responsible for managing Sobi's CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) network globally and ensuring uninterrupted, reliable and sustainable supply of products to patients. As an Contract Manufacturing Manager for Finished Goods, you will be responsible for coor-dinating and driving activities to ensure supply of Finished Goods and providing expertise in the area of secondary packaging and labeling.
Main areas of responsibility:
• Coordinate and drive activities related to Finished Goods supply from externally manufactured products.
• Manage contact and supply operational meetings with CMOs and internal functions to ensure continuous supply of Finished Goods and monitoring and assuring CMO KPI fulfillment.
• Be a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical packaging and labelling, including maintaining and improving Packaging processes at CMOs.
• Plan and coordinate implementation of packaging and labelling changes, technology transfers and launches of Finished Goods in new markets.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to product supply. Suggest improvements, establish actions plans and drive and implement plans.
Qualifications
• Academic background within manufacturing or supply chain management or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging and labelling, development of pharma packaging, im-plementation of new packaging, packaging technology, packaging technology transfer and pack-aging support activities.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and industry regulatory standards.
• Previous work involving direct contact with CMO 's is a strong merit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a business environment.
