From scroll-stopping social posts and beautifully crafted emails to onboard screens and digital touchpoints in our ports, you'll create content that moves people (sometimes literally).
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves design, understands content strategy, and gets excited about turning ideas into engaging experiences across channels. Some of your key responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, on-brand digital content and assets - including graphics, motion design, and video - in line with Stena Line's content, brand, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate, maintain, and optimize content across multiple owned channels (email, app, web, social, digital signage, and ports), ensuring consistency and quality. Hold direct responsibility for publishing and updating content on digital signages.
- Translate briefs and business objectives into engaging creative concepts that enhance the customer journey and support marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using data and insights to optimize effectiveness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative output with business objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Innovate by testing and applying new tools, technologies, and workflows - including AI and automation - to improve content efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content and asset design, preferably within a marketing or creative environment.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, design principles, and brand communication.
- Proven ability to create both written and graphical content for multiple owned channels (email, app, website, social, and digital signage).
- In-depth user knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and a portfolio showcasing work on media campaigns and digital signage.
- Ability to create both static and motion-based assets that are on-brand and optimized for performance.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms supported by relevant coursework or professional certifications is an advantage.
