Aleido is looking for a Content Specialist to produce high-quality, impactful content that highlights our innovative solutions and strengthens our brand presence. Your contributions will be essential in driving engagement, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
What you will do
As a key member of Aleido's communications team, you will create diverse content across digital platforms to ensure consistent and impactful messaging that aligns with our brand identity.
Content creation:
Write and produce various formats including articles, social media posts, newsletters, video scripts, and graphics.
Edit and optimise content for web and social media platforms.
Content strategy and management:
Develop content strategies that align with marketing goals, customer journeys, and our employer branding ambitions, positioning Aleido as an attractive employer.
Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely releases.
Optimise content for SEO and social media algorithms.
Update and maintain content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Collaboration and coordination:
Work closely with Digital marketing specialist to create data-driven content that enhances user experience and drives lead conversion.
Collaborate with business developers and subject matter experts to ensure accurate facts and messaging.
Collaborate with HR colleaguesto build an employer brand that attracts target talent aligned with our business goals.
Coordinate with freelancers and guest writers, and provide feedback on content from other contributors.
Who you are
Excellent writer with a background in journalism and/or communication.
Deep understanding of market and brand communication, customer journeys, and storytelling.
Proven experience in planning and creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
Proficient in content production tools like Figma, Adobe, and Canva.
Experience in technology companies, whether products or software.
Proficient in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
