hela Sverige We're now looking for a talented Content Manager to join our amazing team.
As a person you should be driven and ambitious. You should be passionate about design, digital marketing, fashion, and social media, while at the same time have a good business mindset. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our ambitious business goals. You will work close together with our art director, social media, digital marketing, sales and e-commerce teams as well as third party companies regarding content creation.
As a Content Manager you will make sure that all content on our digital platform is world class and that our ads in social media are breathtaking to increase our customer engagement and achieve high conversion results. You'll constantly oversee all marketing initiatives related to content to ensure high end user engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. You will make sure that our homepage is up to date at all times by creating, editing, posting and renewing any outdated content. You should be someone that always looks for possibilities and new content opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is very driven & talented with relevant education and/or has a proven track record from a similar position.
You will be based out of our head office located in Norrkoping or our central located Stockholm office. We offer a key job within a company that's rapidly growing and where everyone gets along as a team.
Responsibilities
• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Collaborate with our marketing and design team to plan and develop site content, style and layout designs
• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts
• Ensure brand consistency
• Optimize content according to SEO, CR, engagement and customer experience
• Use Content Management systems to analyze website traffic and end users engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Set short and long term strategies for content marketing and ensure that our teams are up to date and work together
Requirements
• Super talanted and driven or has a proven track record as a Content Manager
• Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
