Contact Center Manager
Lynk & Co is seeking a Contact Center Manager to plan, build, develop and execute our customer contact center.
We aim to provide our customers with a seamless, unified brand experience and an outstanding customer service.
The Lynk & Co Contact Center will support the organization in driving sales, growth and retention of customers throughout the customer journey and over multiple channels.
As Contact Center Manager you will have the responsibility for developing the strategy and design for Lynk & Co's Contact Centers globally as well as overseeing the market specific deployments and adaptions together with the local teams.
In order to be successful within this position you will have vast experience within the field of consumer contact/call centers programs and e-commerce support.
If you then possess a creative but structured mindset with a good feel for project management in combination with a positive spirit and strong team player skills you have the key characteristics we are looking for in this recruitment.
The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility, which will involve frequent travelling.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Be responsible for the strategic design, development and implementation of the Lynk & Co Contact center/s
- Map and inventory the need of support from the organization and develop the customer journeys.
- Main contact for platform providers and creative agencies in contact center development projects.
- Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Develop and test new strategies for all aspects of the Contact Center to ensure the best approach to support building the brand, company and products/ services.
- Prepare, develop and implement training material for Contact Center personnel.
- Budget and P/L responsibility
- Work closely with all departments and markets to ensure the Contact Center planning and implementation works smooth for all aspects of the company.
