Job Description & Summary
Always one step ahead. Risks can be found in all companies, corporate or public as well as nonprofit organisations. Our job is to discover those risks and advise on which actions to take. We work with all parts of the company infrastructure, including governance, cyber security, risk management, internal auditing and data analytics. Working towards the public sector, we get the opportunity to contribute to a well functioning and sustainable community. The common factor? We always stay one step ahead by preventing the risks before they ever evolve.
Risk Advisory include 450 consultants working as specialists and experts within areas such as cyber security, governance, crisis management, risk management, sustainability, forensics, internal audit, information and IT-security, financial regulations, anti-money laundering, internal controls and data analytics. We are working with both global and local clients within the private, financial and public sector.

We are now looking for junior colleagues to join our Risk Advisory unit in january 2020!
In Risk Advisory we believe that our employees are our greatest asset and key to be one step ahead as market leaders. As a junior consultant you will join our Risk Advisory Consultants program where you will obtain key competences to succeed as a consultant. During your first year you will be given the unique opportunity to work in different projects with different teams, developing your core consulting skills. You will be provided continuous feedback and by the end of your first year our ambition is that you have obtained skills and experience required to meet the high expectations of a consultant at PwC. When completing your first year you will join one of our four business areas, specializing in a specific area of consulting.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Be proactive and support your team during the projects you participate in by conducting the projects and preparing deliverables
Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements

Follow risk management and compliance procedures
Keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area
Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form
Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the Network of PwC firms

Preferred skills
We need to strengthen our department with candidates who have an academic degree in Business and Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, System Science, Data Engineering or equivalent. We believe that you have recently graduated or will be graduating during 2019/beginning of 2020.
Experience from service occupations, project management, IT or finance services is an advantage. Also Certifications like CISA, CIA or project manager training are meritorious. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish and English in speaking and writing. Swedish is our primary working language.
We attach great importance to your personal qualities! You have a consultative approach, being result oriented with a very good ability to cooperate and to drive projects from start to finish. You should be structured, adaptive and able to deliver high quality results, sometimes during short deadlines. You are also curious and interested in learning new ways of working. Lastly, you are humble, have a professional approach and focuses on relationship building. By being a part of Risk Advisory you have an important role in building the PwC brand and network!
