RLE International Sweden AB is looking for experienced consultants who has been working in the field of Dealer Development (Aftersales). You should feel comfortable in the below specified responsibilities and profile requirements:
Your Responsibilities:
• Support and coach dealerships in the field of Aftersales
• Undertake extensive on-site dealership analysis (AS-IS analysis)
• Performance review based on existing KPIs
• Development of action plans with realistic target settings (short, middle and long-term implementation objectives)
• Coaching and enabling dealer staff (Aftersales managers, parts managers, service advisors) in achieving their objectives
• Driving process improvement measures within the dealership (customer handling, planning, workshop loading, parts management, customer satisfaction, etc.)
• Overseeing the implementation of action plans by the dealerships
• Reporting and presenting all relevant dealer activities and achievements on all levels (dealership management, Aftersales management and dealership staff)
• The ability to build strong and effective relationships with dealership organisations
Your Profile:
• Commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience with regards to dealer consulting
• Expansive coaching and process improvement skills in the automotive sector, specifically with regards to service
• On-site coaching experience of dealer management and service advisors with the emphasis on implementation
• Supervision/Training of coaches and in-house consultants
• Good business management and organisational skills, specifically in a retail environment
• Skilled in employee development (both dealer management and employee level)
• Advanced knowledge of processes and structures in dealerships and/or manufacturer and importer organisations
• Basic knowledge of business administration
• Professional and confident appearance, high communication skills and the ability to deal with conflicts
• Ability to work in a team, high customer and service orientation
• Sales and negotiation skills, flexibility and result orientation
• Willingness to travel, driver licence
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
• Native Swedish speaker, good skills in English and/or German
• Good understanding of Swedish (retail) culture
