ArriverTM is a new software unit and brand, fully focused on developing perception, fusion and drive policy software for the next generation cars. It will deliver an open, scalable and flexible architecture solution running on Qualcomm® Snapdragon RideTM System on a Chip (SoC) platform. ArriverTM has 800 people in five countries - China, Germany, Romania, Sweden, USA - and builds on more than a decade of experience in active safety software development. The company is wholly owned by Veoneer.
In Sweden we are situated in Linkoping, Stockholm and Gothenburg with around 400 colleagues.
We are developing our automotive software in cross-functional teams organized based on scaled agile principles.

What you'll do?
Arriver is at an exciting phase and growing fast, we therefore need to strengthen our team with a new Configuration Manager to our Platform Development. You will be the owner of our platform teams internal documentation and configuration management processes.
Through close collaboration with customers, partners, project managers, system engineers and software engineers, you are actively working to optimize and solve problems that may arise within the Platform Projects. As the Configuration Manager you are expected to have the specialist responsibility behind the process.
For example, you will:
• Define, implement and maintain processes for Platform team, e.g configuration-, problem resolution-, change request-, risk- and release- management for software supplier interfaces as well as documentation management processes for the system core team
• Develop tool support
• Create the Platform team knowledge base and alignment across system core function owners
• Project support
• RFQ management support
Detailed tasks includes but are not limited to:
• Maintain CM strategy
• Maintain Project CM plan and Software CM plan
• Secure that CM strategy and CM plans are followed. Document and audit.
• Own and maintain other artifacts like
• Configuration Item List
• Stakeholder Involvement Plan
• Project Configuration Items Management
• Identify Configuration Items
• Maintain Artifact structure and storage
• Secure Traceability
• Secure Consistency
• Branch handling
• Baseline handling
• Give input to, review and secure
• CM Process
• Change Management Process
• Problem/Issue Management Process
• Handle Release Management
• Support various safety, quality, security audits

Additionally, you're no stranger to communicating and negotiating with customer and management groups. Which means that you're able to take a conflict should it arise. You are also a person who takes pride in knowing that your releases helps saving life everyday.
Level (diploma) required:
• MSc education in Software Engineering, System Engineering or equivalent
Other required skills:
• Minimum 3 years of documented experience as Configuration Management within Automotive and preferably ADAS area
• At least 5 years of documented Project & Process Management
• Documented leader roles are highly merited
• Knowledge Management and related tools experience for configuration, project, process management preferably JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
• Knowledge about automotive SW development and ADAS product
• Fluent in business English, written and oral. Swedish language is bonus
• Driving license and interest in automotives
