In this position you will be part of an organization dedicated to technology as well as empowering and developing our employees. Electrical and Electronics is a vital part of Powertrain Engineering, with responsibility for development of embedded systems, including both hardware and software.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Do you like cooking? As a Configuration Manager, you will be our "master chef", preparing tasteful software configurations for our wide range of powertrain products! Your well-balanced mix of brand new functionality and customized features, will be delivered, just in time, to our customers. It is for sure a challenging task, but don't worry, you are surrounded by the best team in the world to support you! You will work in close cooperation with other configuration managers, software developers and product owners, all guided by agile principles and methods. In this role, you will learn and further develop our secret recipes for how we design, develop and verify our powertrain software. But we will also make sure that you continuously grow as an individual, making sure you can deliver even more fantastic creations in the future!
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in this position we believe you possess the following skills:
You have a Master's degree in Engineering (Computer science, Electrical engineering, Mechanical, Physics or similar)
You have automotive experience, preferable from powertrain development
You have programming experience, preferable from embedded systems development
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
As a person, you have a strong can-do attitude, a learning mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion
