• In this role, you adapt the annual communication strategy and activity plan for the service business with gas turbines based on the overall communication strategy and plans for the Power Generation Services Division
• You develop product communication campaigns and collaterals in close coordination with the subject matter experts
• You drive the derived communication activities, in consultation with the respective sparring partners
• The instruction of external service providers and agencies for the implementation of the communications activities is also part of your role
• You orchestrate editorial content for trade press activities in close collaboration with the Division press officer and the media relations team; for the internal communication channels in close collaboration with employee communications
• You contribute to the development and tracking of KPIs for communication activities to ensure optimal levels of communication effectiveness and performance of activities
• You observe and analyze communication activities of competitors or best-in-class companies
Your qualifications - solid and appropriate
• You graduated successfully from university with a degree in communications, media studies, journalism or have a comparable educational background
• You bring several years of professional experience in communications and in the development of communications concepts
• You have profound knowledge of relevant communication channels and tools as for example how they work and interact and are experienced in translating business strategy into communication plans
• You already worked with international as well as cross-organizational and virtual teams and have a global mindset
• Initiative, creativity in terms of problem solving and the capacity to listen to others and communicate effectively with different stakeholders is also part of your professional profile
• Additionally, you are flexible in adapting to changing situations as well as a strong and effective team player
• Business fluency in English and in Swedish or/and German complete your profile; further languages would be a plus.
