At Volvo Group Real Estate we have decided to be the business partner in securing performance and driving transformation for the Volvo Group. To be able to fulfill our target image your contribution as Communication specialist will be crucial.
This is a temporary assignment during 6 months and your mission will be to provide hands-on support with all types of communication activities. Your main focus will be to coordinate and create presentation materials for internal employee meetings, external meetings as well as for leadership events. You will also support our Business Office in optimizing business processes, creating visuals and combining (the right) data with narratives so that information and insights can be spread across the organization in order to stimulate new perspectives and drive change. You will report to the VP HR & Communication.

Who are you?
To add value in this position you need to be service minded with a customer focus. You are well organized, with the ability to create structure and you know how to coordinate things. You have excellent communication and networking skills and you believe in yourself and what you do. But most of all, you are a true team player and you contribute with good team spirit.
We are looking for a communications professional with a broad understanding of the communication process. You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications (or similar) and you might come straight from school - or you have some work experience. You are very well up-to-date within the area of Digital & IT and can easily handle different digital communication channels and tools. As we are a truly global and diverse company you need great communication skills in English, spoken and written.
