Now, the team at H&M are looking for a talented Commerical Analyst to join the Expansion Department. The Expansion Department is responsible for the H&M Group's real estate portfolio and aims to secure long term profitable growth through new locations, rebuilds, and relocations. This is done from several aspects such as Leasing, Store planning, Interior Purchase & Store Development, Construction, and Facility management. You will be a part of an entrepreneurial culture with driven co-workers in a fast-moving business.
So, what will you be doing?
As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in setting short- and long-term initiatives and can touch upon everything from setting targets and budgets, to develop ways of working and create new opportunities for further expansion. You will be responsible for the commercial analysis regarding space optimization of all 5000 stores within H&M Group. You need to thrive in an environment where you shift focus between holistic, multi-dimensional analysis to very specific tasks such as compiling data, review data quality and preparing presentation material. As you are operating in a highly international environment you should also feel comfortable to work in English and collaborate with many different cultures.

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role you probably have a degree within business or engineering and a couple of years working experience following your graduation. Your natural drive makes you achieve results in your work and you have a proven track record in your previous roles. Your ability to communicate helps you to present your findings in an inspiring way.
As a person, we believe you are ambitious, competitive, humble, and a fast learner. You value own responsibility, fast pace, teamwork, and straight forward communication.
