• Overall understanding of the R&D drug development process
• Experience and pleasure on managing high complexity studies leading to clinical Proof-of-Concept.
• Knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Project or similar platform
• Leading and managing a matrix multidisciplinary Clinical Trial Team (CTT).
• Chair meetings and manage CTT actions, and actively track study progress to ensure completion according to specified timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Lead all aspects of study planning with a strong commitment for respecting timelines and controlling costs
• Communicate with contract research organizations (CROs) and help manage study set-up
• Interact with investigator sites and CRAs/CROs/vendors to ensure smooth study set up and smooth study conduct, reviewing site performance, protocol deviations, and maintaining awareness and solutions of issues raised
• Coordinate Clinical Study Protocol development, amendments and related documents, and other study essential documents
• Ensure adequate communication within the team and within the company
• Help coordinate publications and internal/external presentations.
• Manage the data review and interactions with the Data Manager, Statistician, and third parties to ensure high quality data are transferred/available in a timely manner
• Manage and coordinate the writing the Clinical Study Report

BioInvent International AB (OMXS: BINV) is focused on the discovery and development of novel and first-in-class immuno-regulatory antibodies to treat cancer. The Company's clinical programmes are BI- 1206, currently in a Phase I/II for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and chronic lymphatic leukaemia and TB- 403, in cooperation with Oncurious, currently in Phase I/II for medulloblastoma. BioInvent has an exciting pre-clinical portfolio based on novel immuno-modulatory antibodies that target regulatory T cells (T-regs) and tumour-associated myeloid cells.
