We are looking for a competent Client Service Manager with administrative skills and a strong ownership taking to contribute our clients' positive perception of our daily service to them.
What you will be doing
You will join ourDocument Handling Team, a team of five people and part of our Trade Finance Client Services unit of almost 30 people. The unit focus is to deliver top-notch service and transactional advisory to our clients and ensuring a smooth execution of our clients' Trade Finance transactions.
Our clients span from SMEs to Large Corporates, and youare responsible formanaging and handling their transactional documents related to letters of credit and collections. Furthermore, you are responsible for having a strong collaboration with the colleagues in the unitand in Sales, who have the direct clientcontact as well as with our operational units outside of Sweden. You are expected to share the knowledge of the clients you gain throughout the work you perform in internal client team meetings.

This is an onsite position and the primary tasks in more detail involve performing sanction checks and screening on all documents and parties. Hence, understanding the risk of the business including compliance is key. Furthermore, you will ensure that the client's documents are sent off for checking and execution at our operational units. We always look at developing and optimizing our way of working and we look forward to you being involved and sharing good ideas on how we can evolve together.
Who are you
• Experience of administrative roles is a pre-requisite and knowledge in the Trade Finance area is a merit
• Attention to details and being thorough without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Outgoing, committed and solution-oriented team player with a strong will to deliver excellent service
• Positive approach paired with strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
• Take ownership and responsibility in a proactive manner, and you manage your time and prioritize and structure the daily tasks and delivery
• Your oral and written English language skills are strong, and Swedish is an advantage
