www.lindorff.se We are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate to fill the position as CIC Specialist to join our global team.
The Telecom team in Lindorff Group IT, is responsible for implementing, managing and developing several Contact Center applications where Customer Interaction Center (CIC) product from Interactive Intelligence is the main component. We run a multisite setup with 3 regional switchover pairs.
Telecom team ensures availability, functionality and efficiency of the following Contact Center eco system: Customer Interaction Center (CIC), TeleOpti, Visual IVR, Lync/Skype for Business.
Key Responsibilities
As a CIC Specialist you will provide administration, development, maintenance and operational services for hardware related to the CIC platform and software modules associated with the platform (.NET Client/Interaction Desktop, Scripter, Attendant, Administrator, ICBM, Recorder, Feedback, IPA, Analyzer, Tracker etc).
In the position, you will work globally but initial operational training will focus on Finland, Sweden and the Baltics. The position will report to Head of Telecommunication and can be based in any Lindorff country.
Main tasks
• Administer, maintain and develop the CIC environment and Contact Center Eco system and thereby associated applications and integrations.
• Act as support to the users and managers, work proactively to ensure the best business use of the CIC platform.
• Participate in international projects supporting Lindorff growth and digitalization road map.
• Maintenance and implementation work outside normal business hours is required occasionally.
• The team has On Call service 24/7 for major incidents.
Desired Skills and Experience
• At least 3 years of experience of working with CIC platform.
• Holder of ICCertifiedEngineer (ICCE or ICCS) required, ICHandlerDevelopment and Interaction Dialer Certificates is meriting.
• SQL database and query knowledge and experience
• JavaScript and SOAP knowledge is meriting
• IT infrastructure competence in the areas of networking, end-user and server environment, directory services and messaging services.

• Self-sufficient and motivated to work in an international virtual team. Take responsibility for and drive own work tasks.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
The position can be based in any Lindorff country. Travel activities to other Lindorff countries will be required on occasion.
