We expect you to have

A proven track record and experience in developing information security policies and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs in a dynamic business environment
Successful leadership experience and ability to lead and motivate people to achieve tactical and strategic goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the capability to effectively communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience of working in a multi-national environment as well as an ability to lead without authority
A high level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
The complexity of this position requires a leadership approach that is engaging, imaginative, and collaborative, with a sophisticated ability to work with other leaders to set the best balance between security strategies and other business priorities.
