Your mission
Joining us in this central position, you work closely with our president as you support and advise us towards strategic and successful financial operations and decision making. We have high ambitions for this new division, and with your visionary mindset and pragmatic approach, you play an important part in establishing it.
You set a solid financial basis and work closely with our business units to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to drive financial and operational improvement and position the division for further growth. As part of our growth ambition includes mergers and acquisitions (M&As), you're highly involved in these processes and the following integration.
Further responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial health and sustainability
Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and financial standards.
Developing and implementing a robust risk management framework to mitigate financial risks and safeguard the division's assets and investments.
Identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Evaluating and implementing systems to enable efficient and seamless ways of working within the division and across to SMS, particularly related to finance and procurement processes.
Overseeing, developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies and processes.

The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden, and you need to be able to travel internationally. You report to the President of Tool Flow Solutions and are a valued member of the division management team.
Your background and character
For this mission, we're looking for a financial leader with proven experience from a similar role in a global organization - ideally in a software environment. You have an advanced degree in finance, accounting, business, or another related field. Management team member experience is required and certification in CPA or CFA is preferred. Add to this a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability, and you have a great chance of succeed even more in this role. As we're a global organization, you have excellent skills in both written and verbal English, while other languages such as German or Swedish could come in handy.
Your personality contributes to our success - characterized by strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you build strong relationships, and effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels of our organization. Additionally, you're driven, ambitious and collaborate well in a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
