hela Sverige We are looking for a Design Business Support on behalf of our client.
Assignment Overview In this role as a Business Consultant, you will join the Models & Fabrication team and work closely with management to support the design modelling process in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the administrative process for consumables within M&F.
Take responsibility for the Chemical Handling System in M&F.
Organize, monitor, and maintain studio supplies.
Prepare assignment descriptions and purchasing requisitions for the department.
Set up and manage service and maintenance agreements.
Provide ad-hoc support to the management team when needed.
Attend and contribute to management meetings.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and brings a positive mindset while looking for a stimulating role. Previous experience as a Business Controller is considered an advantage.
Required qualifications and skills
Familiarity with business applications, preferably SAP.
Understanding of Chemical Handling Systems.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
