hela Sverige Chantelle is a global company with presence in the Nordic and Baltic region through two subsidiaries, one in Sweden and one in Denmark. It has been decided to develop a regional organization to manage all wholesale and concession business from the Swedish office based in Stockholm. The two separate organizations work independently from each other but good cooperation is required to coordinate activities in Denmark.
Chantelle Lingerie is hiring for a new positiion a Key Account director Nordic.
The Key account Director will manage and develop all business in concession with mainly department stores and chains of independent retailers. The responsibility includes to develop turnover and margin with strong focus on building the right assortment, coaching sell-out initiatives and supply chain management down to a bottom line profit responsibility, including stock cost and returns. The Key Account director will work in close cooperation with Product manager on assortment priorities and VM guidelines and with Marketing manager for seasonal promotion plans and sales stimulating activities.
She/he will also work with HQ IT-team for matters regarding EDI connections and exchange of data with our customers. There are four direct reports, including 2 Key account managers and 2 stock managers.
The position is placed in Stockholm and will report to Managing Director Nordic.
Manage the business relationship with our key accounts. Negotiate commercial agreements and follow-up regularly on the implementation and fulfillment of ex minimum turnover targets, staff hours, evolution of space etc. Work to develop long-term business relations to improve margins and profit.
* Manage sales lady contracts, optimize schedule vs sell-out performance. Ensure sales lady training and that seasonal performance targets are developed and implemented through KAM
* Develop visit plans for the key account managers with regular monitoring of ROI
* Lead the process to develop optimized assortments in all our concession business, aligned with brand strategies and coordinated with other Business units in each country
* Ensure development and efficient implementation of brand marketing plans and visual merchandising animations to support sales targets
* Analyse sell-out performance with weekly follow-up, coach the team for actions to reach the targets
* Manage the supply chain to oversee an efficient set-up and work flow process, including EDI exchange with our customers
* Develop stock KPI and analyse regularly performance and initiate actions to optimize sales and to reach end of the year stock targets
* Optimize lifecycle planning to minimize returns after season sale. Coordinate pick-up and liquidation sale of returns with Customer service manager
* Coordinate stock counts, propose and implement stock adjustments and coordinate the timing for delivery of newness btw countries and business units
Travels in the region to visit customers and to coach KAM is required, estimated 40% of time. Travels to HQ in Paris 2-3 times per year.
Backgroud
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working experience as Key account manager, preferably including concession business. He/she could also be in a Sales leading position in retail with a good understanding of the supply chain logistics and stock management. University degree or higher education. Manager experience is highly meriting as well as experience from fashion or textile industry.

* Passionate about sales and building long lasting business relationships
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong inner drive to succeed
* Teamplayer, well organized with proven project leader skills
* Analytical with a strong base in figurers and facts
* Good skills in excel, PowerPoint and general IT maturity
* Fluent English is required. Good knowledge in Swedish and Danish. Other nordic language and/or french is meriting
