At PwC we offer coaching, tailored training programmes, and a variety of fun and challenging learning opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAs a Change Manager on a Manager level within PwC, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers and possibility seekers with extensive consulting experience, helping our Service Lines solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.In this role you will: Create prerequisites for a more innovative, digital and change agile PwCSupport our digital transformation and change journeyProject lead in change management and communication in projects and Service Lines Coach leaders, projects and Change Network in change management and communicationPreferred skillsBachelor's degree or Master's degree is required, with a focus on human capital management, organisational change, business administration or science is preferredMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in change management, communication, business- and digital transformation, organisational development, project management or other relevant fieldExperience working in a client/customer facing role and/or consulting organisationProven track record of performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multiple projects and deadlines existExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiencesLocation: StockholmApplication instructionsSubmit a complete application with:RésuméCover letterPlease observe that all documents are to be attached where the system asks you to add your résumé.
