About your job
As the CFO, your role is to provide excellent financial services to our company group. You will work closely with the owners (Emma & Joel Rozada) and the management team, as a strategic partner and advisor.
Your responsibilities include managing financial risks, overseeing financial planning, bookkeeping, and reporting. Ensuring we have reliable data to make important business decisions.
Additionally, you will play an active role in developing our finance management function, which includes three central business units: a Consultancy Firm, an IoT Product Company, and Group Finances (Ventures).
The Consultancy Firm
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures for the firm's stability and growth.
Manage financial operations with assistance from our accounting and payroll firm.
Group Finances (Venture)
Support investment decisions and manage financial operations for the venture fund.
Assess investment opportunities with Rozadas, monitor portfolio companies' financial performance, and offer guidance.
Handle fund's financial operations and assist portfolio companies per their operational requirements.
IoT Product Company
Collaborate with operations to create production plans using sales forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times for procurement.
Ensure alignment with financial goals and accurately reflect production costs in financial statements.
Manage IoT device costs, track inventory, and optimize production to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

With your CFO experience and expertise in managing day-to-day operations in an entrepreneur-driven business, you exhibit meticulous attention to detail and hold a strong economic intuition.
You have a proven track record of establishing effective routines, implementing structures, and streamlining work processes through automation. This not only saves time for yourself but also for everyone else you support.
Your proficiency in data-driven decision-making, along with your ability to create template sheets (Google) and advanced budgeting techniques, allows you to analyze trends and patterns and enables us to steer our companies efficiently and make informed decisions.
You have a genuine curiosity for working closely with entrepreneurs and a keen interest in understanding business logic. This enables you to communicate openly and clearly with stakeholders in both Swedish and English languages.

Our recruitment process includes the following steps:
Phone interview (30 min).
Online Interview (60 min).
In-person meeting with our owners, Emma & Joel Rozada (90 min).
Case assignment to be completed at home (maximum 8 hours).
In-person presentation of the case assignment to the management team (60 min).
