Would you like to service and develop the daily Cash Management relationships with the largest and most demanding corporate customers in Nordea? We are now looking for an Account Manager who will have responsibility for customer satisfaction within your own portfolio.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Cash Management Customer Service team. We add value by providing world class service and delivering great customer experience to Nordea's Wholesale customers. We focus on our customers Cash Management needs and ensure that they receive optimal service and advice. The Cash Management Customer Service team is an exciting unit with proven track record of growing customer satisfaction and continuous focus on giving the best service to our customers.
What you'll be doing:
* Be responsible for a customer portfolio and the customer 's operational agenda as part of the Cash Management customer team, and in close cooperation with Cash Management Sales
* Build a close relationship through personal meetings and daily contact by mail and phone regarding daily business inquiries
* Handle daily operational customer tasks, such as changes to their set-up, implementation of new services etc.
* Support building the team's capabilities, mindset and ambitions to secure delivery
You'll join a team that delivers service of world class and always acts with the customer 's needs in mind. The role is based in Gothenburg.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have experience and strong interest in Customer Service
* Understand Treasury and Liquidity management processes
* Have great interest in developing yourself and others
* It is an advantage if you have experience within Cash Management
Your experience and background:
* Experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking function would be considered an advantage
* Preferably a degree in Business/Finance
* Fluent in Swedish and English
