CAD Resource

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CAD Resource to join our team. As a CAD Resource, you will be responsible for providing support to our tooling and machine layout projects, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our client's expectations.

Main responsibilities

You will work closely with our engineering team, providing detailed technical drawings, and utilizing your expertise in CAD software to drive the success of our projects.

• Collaborate with our engineering team to produce detailed technical drawings for tooling and machine layout projects.

• Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and delivered on time to meet project deadlines.

• Continuously improve CAD design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with our clients to understand their product requirements and regularly update them on project progress.

• Use CAD software to generate 3D models, renderings, and animations to help visualize project concepts.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues as they arise.

• Maintain a high level of quality in all deliverables and adhere to our company's standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, CAD design, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience working with CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with project management processes, including time management, budgeting, and risk assessment.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
