ArbetsuppgifterIndirect spend relates to the purchase of goods and services that are not directly incorporated into a
product. It touches almost every area of the business, from our IT systems, energy suppliers and
temporary labor partners, through to cutting tools and travel.
This Buyer position requires both strategic thinking and operational execution of business
requirements. You support the implementation of sourcing strategies to achieve lowest total costs
and quality improvement as well as contract negotiations. You will also work closely together with
internal stakeholders and teams alongside the key suppliers to assure that cost, quality, and delivery
targets are met.
In this role duties and responsibilities are;
• Be the local representative in the global commodity group.
• Responsibility to achieve globally set goals
• Conctract responsible for all IT & Telecom suppliers as well as all operational activities
• Be a part of and manage the entire process of each purchase of IT & Telecom
• Manage and build relationships with selected key suppliers to hold them accountable for meeting
improvement objectives from a strategic and tactical perspective
• Analyse and track projects and initiatives to ensure that the commodity meet performance/cost
reduction targets
Profil• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Industrial or Operations Management
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Commodity Management
• Experience from temporary labor administration
• Fluent in English.
In this role preferred qualifications are;
• Good analytical skills, an understanding of manufacturing, lean manufacturing principles, and
strong relation skills.
• Good communications skills
• Attention to detail with clear ability to see the bigger picture
• Analytical and negotiation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
