Your role
As a temporary role as Business Travel Compliance and Global Mobility Specialist within the Global Mobility team at Saab you will work with monitoring and managing the compliance risks associated with business travellers/cross border employees and manage the end to end International Assignments process for a wide population of expatriates as well as supporting commuters and business travelers in line with Saab's Global Mobility standards.
You will coordinate the compliance process for commuters and business travellers with regards to basic tax assessments, necessary registrations and reporting, making posted worker registrations etc. in line with Saab's business travel standards. You will manage the preparation of international assignments, including assignment agreements, calculation of remuneration packages and coordination of external providers within immigration and relocation services. You will also be responsible for delivering a consistent mobility experience in line with business strategy and provide outstanding support to Saab employees and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of an experienced team responsible for driving continuous improvements on an operational and a strategic level and work to improve policies and procedures as well as finding cost efficient solutions. You will develop the organization 's understanding of Saab 's expatriate processes and work close together with HR, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Group Tax, Payroll and other internal functions as well as external vendors.
Main tasks include:

Prepare and file basic registrations

Manage the preparation of international assignments, including assignment agreements, calculation of remuneration packages and coordination of external providers within immigration and relocation services
Employment rate: This is a one-year temporary employment due to parental leave, starting in October 2024.
Your profile

University degree (BSc/MSc) in HR, Law, Economics, Business or similar

A minimum of 2 years of experience within Business Travel compliance or Global Mobility or corresponding knowledge and experience either from an in-house function or from working as a consultant.

A good understanding of the regulations and laws within fields such as immigration, employee tax and an economic employer concept and the EU Posted Worker Directive.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
