As a Business Support Solution Lead your will participate and drive global initiatives to improve sales tools in-line with sales processes and Ascom's transformation strategies; to become a world-class, globally scalable and lean healthcare ICT provider with uniform processes and tools across functional areas and Regions.

You will join a central team of 4 people responsible for global processes and tools within the global sales organization, where you will take on the responsibility for development and maintenance of Ascom's global business/sales support solution for Configuration, Pricing and Quotation (CPQ). This is a new global sales tool in Ascom, which is being rolled-out globally to all Ascom Regions over the next 2 years.

You will report directly to Manager Global Processes and Tools in functional area Global Sales Transformation. The position is in Gothenburg, Sweden.



Responsibilities

• Support and drive improvement projects and change initiatives related to the global sales process and global sales tools, to develop CPQ sales capabilities and improve operational efficiency in Regions.
• Translate business needs into specification for further configuration and development of CPQ and verify that business needs are achieved with expected quality by structured test approach.
• Work closely together with the Sales Process Lead and proposal automation responsible
• Ensure that documentation related to CPQ is up-to-date and available.
• Establish and maintain a Global Sales Tools user site together with the CRM lead to become an efficient knowledge share/ communication platform for global sales tools.
• Establish processes and way-of-working for virtual teams of super users to ensure regional influence and feed-back, and to achieve scale and global reach in implementation of central change initiatives.
• Provide 2nd line business support to regional super-users of the CPQ tool.
• Provide focused and tailored CPQ trainings to meet end-user needs and ensure regular awareness and knowledge transfer sessions about CPQ within the organization in general.
• Progress CPQ change requests in the ITAM change process as a representative for Global Processes and Tools. Ensure involvement of both Manager Processes and Tools within Global Sales Transformation and Sales Process owner.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps with prioritized functional improvements and release dates in close collaboration with regional sales and super users.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with sales organizations across Ascom regions.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship and cooperation with IT and Quality and Regulatory departments.



Personal Characteristics
We are looking for a person that can understand and communicate the Sales Transformation vision, align central/regional business needs and support improvement projects/change initiatives that will contribute to business growth.

To be successful in this position you need to be socially confident, service minded and motivated by working in a changing environment. You need to understand the importance of global processes, methods and tools for multi-national companies operating in international markets. You need to be structured, analytical thinker/creative problem solver and a doer.

We anticipate that the successful candidate will have a few years of experience after graduating from university.



Qualifications and Skills

• Commercial and technical background (BSc or similar)

• Capability to understand and communicate the Global Sales Transformation vision, to align central/regional business needs and to drive improvement projects/change initiatives owned by Global Sales Transformation.
• Proven project management skills
• Documented experience from implementation of business support systems in a global environment, or as an experienced user of the same.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Persevering and result oriented.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (15-30 days a year).
