They are now looking for a Business Service Delivery Manager to their Swedish office located in Stockholm.

The Business Service Delivery Manager will be a key player in HID Global's largest and most prominent division that is the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS). At the moment the division is going through an immense change as HID Global has embarked on a journey that will transition many of its current door opening solutions from offline electronic and mechanical locks to cloud connected systems. Traditional on-premise deployed access control systems will be replaced by systems operating in the cloud with secure connections to door readers and other on-premise devices and security related IoTs. The physical card will be replaced by time with a virtual secure credential in a mobile device.

About the role

As Business Service Delivery Manager you will be a key player of the PACS Cloud Service team and will be instrumental in bringing HID Global's Cloud Services strategy to the next level. You will be working to help establish and continuously evolve a new service delivery and support function in order to provide HID Global's cloud services customers with a single interface for all operations and development support needs. You will work in a close relationship with the customer in order to ensure high customer satisfaction and to guarantee that customer requirements and expectations are fully measured.

In addition to engaging in exceptional customer service and support responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Define and implement templates, tools and processes to enable professional and timely customer communications such as service disruptions, release notifications and maintenance events
Ensure Service Agreements are in place with external vendors and internal functions that support our Cloud functions
Participate in customer meetings
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the cloud service offerings and related processes are correctly captured and handled within the IT Service Management systems
Define methods of measuring and reporting on service delivery history and improvement
Manage external statements on ongoing and past service disruptions or security incidents

HID Global is looking for

HID Global believes that in order to be successful as Business Service Delivery Manager you have at least two years of experience working in a similar position as Service Delivery Manager or in another IT Service Delivery function. Preferably you have extensive technical knowledge and a great passion for your work. You are familiar with the DevOps ways of working as well as concepts of delivery and management of IT services such as ITSM/ITIL and other related terminology. Experience from working with cloud technologies and platforms is highly meriting, e.g. AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

As a person we believe that the ideal candidate is pro-active, self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team. You have excellent internal and external communication skills with a customer-centric attitude and understanding of the need for exceptional customer support and services. You are an eager learner with a will to grow and develop within HID Global. Operating in a matrix organisation the Business Service Delivery Manger will benefit from strong leadership qualities, a collaborative attitude and persistence to get things done.
