We would like to hire a Business Relationship Manager ? Telecom BPS for our Nordic Telecom Customer. In the role you will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm, and report into the BPS Head - Nordics. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden/abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for Customer Relationship Management, Technology and Business Trend Tracking, People Management, Management Responsibilities, Business development and you will also represent the division, group and country.
Need to deliver on sales targets for the portfolio(s)
Responsible to achieve Profit and Loss, customer satisfaction etc.
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels.
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals.
Develop value added solutions for the customer.
Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership.
Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new opportunities in market
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response.
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required.
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market
Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS?s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
Build the TCS Nordics Telecom -BPS team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic market in an effectively and efficiently

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Master degree and minimum 14 years experience in working with Telco customers. Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment. Experience in management consulting, operations, sales and pre-sales and of working with CXO/Sr Mgmt level client stakeholders and developing new offerings and solutions.. Fluency in English .
