We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager. Travels within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible along with other sales team for growth and performance as well as customer satisfaction
• Drive the creation of annual business plan, together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
• Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Understand the needs/trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCSs existing solutions and/or create new solutions
• Worked in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
• Experience of working in multicultural environment as well as Multi-industry experience
• Experience working with SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management, BIG Data and Data Mining technologies
• Experience in building teams with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers
At least 12 years experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
