Business Unit Support Solutions develops and delivers software-based solutions for operations and business support systems (OSS and BSS), real-time, multi-screen and on demand TV and Media solutions as well as solutions and services for the emerging M-Commerce eco-system.
The function will support the FA Sales & Global Business Management in driving sales efficiency and focus throughout the BUSS sales organization.
You have an excellent drive for results are well organized and can challenge existing ways of working by leading continuous improvement. You have strong analytic skills and a good understanding of our business environment and portfolio as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are experienced influencing others across organizations and units.
The function reports to Niklas Nordgren, Head of Sales Development & Operations, FA Sales & Global Business Management, Business Unit Support Solutions.
Key areas of responsibilities
• Secure Business Excellence by continuous improvement of ways of working, efficient reporting, processes, methods and tools within the unit and across BUSS sales support
• Lead unit operational target setting, monitor and secure follow up
• Drive sales funnel trend analysis across the organization
• Support unit sales management by collect and share sales funnel and business status info on a monthly basis for reporting, dashboards, BUSS Sales reviews and BU Governance
• Work closely with and support the FA Sales & Global Business Management Leadership team
