Under supervisory direction, responsible for increasing market share of Cardiac Rhythm management products throughout Nordic, developing and accountable for achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Industry Knowledge: Maintains awareness of Cardiac Rhythm management industry, health care and economic trends and their impact on franchise short-term and long-term business plans adjusting plans as needed to reflect market conditions; Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to improve marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals in Nordic and Baltic environment.
• Business Management: Identifies new business opportunities and accounts. Supports development and execution of sales strategies and activities.
• Clinical Excellence: Supports clinical success through the education and training of physicians and hospital staff on CRM product lines, follow-up and on-going patient monitoring procedures and actively support countries in patient cases and best practice knowledge.
• Building and Maintaining Relationships: Supports maintenance of contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage profitable business ventures; Assist key customers in the creation, maintenance, expansion and startup of divisionally related educational courses and forums; Attend and participate in customer, company and industry sponsored forums and courses.
• Quality: Through engaging with Clients and Sales Organization expected to facilitate, share documents and processes to identify, notify and ensure any complaints or problems are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors.

Base salary, plus variable commission based on sales achievement. Comprehensive pension and insurance coverage. Company car. 30 days of vacation. Working time: Monday-Friday , 40 hours a week. Field based.
