Cryptango AB design, develop, market and sell information security products to industrial infrastructures. Our primary product (Xcrypt) is a plug-n-play security module that provides security to serial communication links.

Our customers are mainly public infrastructure owners such as water & sewage, energy, oil & gas, transportation and other sectors. In order to start commercialization and rapidly grow sales, we are looking for a full-time business developer.

As the 'Business Development Manager', she/he will be responsible for managing and growing existing and new customers in Sweden and other Nordic Countries.

The goal of the position is to grow company sales by identifying new opportunities within existing clients and by finding new clients. She/he is responsible for the commercial success of the company.

In this role candidates should be relatively experienced in B2B Selling, identifying and qualifying new prospects as well as managing every aspect of the engagement, from initial business development through bid closing.

Tasks and Goals:
Acquisition of new mid- and large-size client accounts in Sweden.
Meeting or exceeding sales planning and development goals

Position is full-time and permanent.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:

• At least Master's degree in a business related discipline
• Hunter profile and sharp
• Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience (demonstrable with references)
• Awareness and knowledgable of importance, implications and solutions related to SCADA security
• Knowledge and experience in selling SCADA security solutions
• Deep know-how of the sales process for publicly owned critical infrastructures
• Self-starter as well as an excellent team player
• Target and Success driven
• High Proficiency in English language
• Willing to travel in and outside Sweden
• Motivated by challenging sales targets and other goals
