At Central SML Business Control, you are part of a global team that drives business performance in order to realize the Service Market objectives of the Volvo Group. One of the most fun parts of being a controller at central GTO Service Market Logistics (SML) is that we work together with all Truck brands and Business areas. The Service Market Logistics supply chain gives you a good opportunity to understand how the Volvo group works from supplier to customer. In your role you will be our Financial Systems expert enjoying to work both hands on in systems creating e.g. new financial reports and KPI 's as-well as working long term with the future need of Business Control related systems. In our team you will be an important team player by supporting mainly the estimate process with developing new financial reports and creating management material presenting the total SML performance. Besides the global consolidated view you will have the opportunity to have a business perspective, since you will be the main speaking partner to one of our 6 regions in questions and challenges related to period end closing, financial plan and estimates etc.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Financial system expert with high IT-interest (Essbase, SAP, Qlikview knowledge are valued)
Estimate reporting in cooperation with a team colleague
Create management material showing financial performance of SML
Main speaking partner to a region
Driving financial investigations
Driving financial improvement projects/Continues Improvement

Qualifications
University degree in Finance administration and/or Business Administration
Ability to understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way
Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse network
Advanced analytical skills
Ability to work simultaneously with a wide range of tasks in a structured manner and deliver according to promise
Experienced user in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Essbase, SAP and QlikView
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
You will be reporting to the Manager of Business Control Reporting, GTO Service Market Logistics
Volvo Group Trucks Operations encompasses all production of the Group's engines and transmissions, as well as all production of Volvo, Renault and Mack trucks. The organization is responsible for spare parts supplies to the Group 's customers as well as for designing, operating and optimizing logistics and supply chain for all brands, production facilities and distribution centers where the Volvo Group operates.
