Would you like to work in a role with a great deal of independence and building a strong network in a diversified organisation?
We are looking for a new Business Controller for Processing Cluster North Europe. In this role you will report to the Processing Cluster Finance Director who is based in High Wycombe, UK, but you will be based in Lund, Sweden. The role will require a fair amount of travelling within the Cluster.
We can offer you a position that will give you high exposure to the market place and to genuine operational requirements, supporting Operational Managers across the Cluster. You will work in close cooperation with the Finance organisation for Market Area Nordics (Packaging & Processing) based in Lund and Riga.
Your main responsibility as Business Controller is to provide business support to the Operational Managers by interpreting, reviewing and presenting the financial figures. Your primary role will be to support and contribute to the management of the business, and where appropriate, drive change based on the results.
The main tasks in this position will be:
• Preparation and analysis of management information in terms of P&L, Balance Sheet and Order / backlog on a monthly basis
• Preparation and analysis of the result statement per customer, market, category and customer management team on a regular basis
• Controlling and support for the project implementation process. Take active part in project reviews by identifying risks, necessary provisions and focus on cash-flow during project implementation.
• Expense follow-up and analysis
• Ad-hoc finance and control analysis relevant to members of the leadership team
• Coordination of target process with Carton Finance and Processing Market Area UK/Ireland controller
• Develop and improve TS&S reporting process across the Cluster.
Publiceringsdatum2011-07-09KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role we believe that you have a University degree in Finance/Controlling combined with solid experience of Business Controlling. You are well experienced in the Tetra Pak Financial Reporting Manual, the group financial and control guidelines and international accounting standards. Furthermore we require good user knowledge in Excel, SAP R/3, Business Warehouse and Cartesis. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
As a person you are analytical and organised, you have a solid business understanding and good communication skills. You are able to independently start and drive your own work and you are proactive with an outgoing approach. To succeed it will also be crucial that you have the ability to create good working relationships with people both locally and in the countries within your market area.
