Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and data driven Controller and Data Analyst to join our Controlling team. You will work together with our other Data Analyst to further digitalize and automate the way of work across the company to ensure data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
* Automate data processing and reporting through BI tools to improve efficiency
* Work together with stakeholders to define business needs within the are of Business Intelligence
* Train and support teams across the organization in effectively using BI dashboards
* Ensure data quality and accuracy
* You will be part of our controlling team of 15 people and report to the team leader of the reporting department.
Your profile
We think that you either come from a controlling background with a strong interest for data analysis & BI, or from a BI or data analyst background with a strong business interest. You are a team player with the ability to analyze, understand and present data in a comprehensible and inspiring way. To be successful in this role we see that you have:
* A higher academic education within business, IT or statistics
* At least 2 years of experience of BI development, controlling or data analyses
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in handling large datasets and working with complex data structures
* Good knowledge spoken and written in two of the three following languages Swedish, English and German
Its qualifying if you have:
* Experience with BI tools (for example PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar)
* Basic knowledge in SQL or Python
