Be part of a unique opportunity
To strengthen the Business Control function, Assessio is now looking for a driven Business Controller with focus on the Nordic Market. The role is based in central Stockholm and reports directly to the Head of Group Control. You have a unique opportunity to be part of developing the controlling function and have impact on the business through your initiatives.
If you are interested in driving change in a SaaS business 'hands on', this might be the role for you.
Your main focuses
• Enable, track and report on KPI's to steer the group in line with strategic goals
• Oversee data in systems to match reporting structures and KPI's
• Assessio has a strong data-driven mission, and you will be expected to take part in driving and developing this initiative
• Be a sparring partner to Business leaders and employees regarding decisions, trends, or any other topic
• Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and systems with the purpose of improving group performance
• Actively participate and develop budget and forecasting processes
• Follow industry trends in SaaS/BI/controlling and incorporate improvements in the group
• Create and present analyses for the management group or any other target group
• Ad-hoc analyses to support the group
Profile
• Academic degree within a relevant field of study
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience from working in a similar role for a SaaS company
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Business intelligence
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with practical skills on how to present financial data to non-finance employees
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral
