www.cargotec.com We offer you an interesting position as Business Controller, EMEA in Tail Lifts organisation within Hiab. In this role you will be responsible for TL EMEA management accounting and reporting including monthly reports, forecasting, cost controlling, annual budgeting process and follow up. You will act as a financial business partner for business managers in Sweden, Denmark and Austria by providing financial business support and challenging them in the business decision making by providing accurate financial data and forecasts. You will be also actively develop finance processes and systems in the organisation including finance support for ERP implementation. You play a key role in supporting the development of Tail Lifts new global operating model from financial perspective. In this role you will report to Director Business control Tail Lift.
The job responsibilities include
* Provide and prepare management with financial information, business review and analysis. Use data in forecasting, budgeting, decision making and controlling.
* Work as a business partner for management by preparing financial plans, budgets, forecast and estimates of future business plans and strategy.
* Support sales, project delivery and other functions in specific financial matters.
* Financial controlling in commercial side and also in the supply side with a focus on cost control.
* Monitor profitability, cost, working capital and cash flow development and take actions needed in case of deviations.
* Monitor and analyze monthly results against the budget; prepare and present financial performance reports according to Cargotec's and Hiab's guidelines and controls.
* Implementation of the budgeting process in the unit and follow up accordingly.
* Implementing internal controls within the units.
* Development of solid KPIs to follow up and track the business performance and take corrective actions according to the results.
* Improve and develop current ways of working, tools, methods and processes.
* Contribute heavily in ERP implementation project in the business unit.
* Risk management in the finance area.
Our expectations
In order to be successful in this position we believe you fulfil the following criteria:
* 5-10 years experience in business controlling role or other financial roles, preferably in both manufacturing and sales sides
* Working experience in the similar industry and international environment is benefit
* Relevant degree (e.g MSc in business and economics)
* Management accounting and reporting understanding
* System understanding such as Hyperion, ClickView, SmartView, ERP-systems (e.g.BAAN)
* Project accounting
* Good general understanding of accounting
* Business mindset, target and result orientation
* Leadership and coaching capability
* Strong communication and collaborating skills
* Analytical, fact-based and proactive working approach
* High energy and drive, wants to develop things
* Fluent English, prefeable also Swedish
Position requires some travelling. Tail Lift Sweden has two main sites in Bisgården and Katrineholm.
The placement of the position is in Akalla (Stockholm).
