As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for steering one of the 5 markets in terms of: Contribution Margin, Cost of Retail and overall result. Providing to the management and market stakeholders periodical analysis of performance with analytical deep dive to gain market insights and look for additional opportunities in a profit/volume oriented way. Additionally leading a strategic function within the matrix structure of the team.

Become center of the business steering and controls: establish granular reports, find opportunities, solve challenges.
Work in tight collaboration within the team: thanks to matrix structure every single member is connected and supporting each other as one, especially during monthly closings, forecasts and budget processes.
Stay always connected to business partners: sales and volume planning, SF, product, dealer development will be your main counterparts - successful communication is the key.
Collaborate with headquarters in terms of standards, processes and central requirements.
Maintain best quality of planning and actuals reporting for dedicated area of responsibility, communicate with auditors on top to market stakeholders and management.
What should you bring along?
Degree in economics and understanding of financials KPIs.
Several years of experience within finance position.
Analytical skills and willingness to crunch data.
Proactive approach, future-oriented mindset.
SAP user experience is a plus.
Advanced excel skills.
