The sales areas within Sandvik Coromant are dedicated to offer excellent services to our customers, while ensuring both sales efficiency and growth, and we do this by using modern sales processes and tools. Now we're looking for an experienced Business Controller to join us - someone who is eager to support our sales organization within business control, as well as excellent performance management of the Sales Cluster
Your mission
You proactively participate in the development of both business control and performance management - aiming at common processes to enable fast, automatic and to-the-point business performance analysis. You support with analysis expertise in strategy development and implementation, and you're responsible for driving development projects within all our financial processes - such as actual results, forecasts, long-term outlooks, target setting and investments. You ensure completeness, correctness and timeliness in financial processes, and you support our business with compliance, financial rules and regulations. An important key is spotting trends and sharing best practices, creating guidelines and trainings. You're also an active member of various finance and projects teams.
The location for this job is either at our Kista office in Stockholm or in Sandviken, Sweden. You report to the Manager of Sales Cluster Nordic, who is located in Kista. Work-related travel is not required but can occur occasionally for team meetings.
And what about you?
We're looking for someone with experience from business controlling - preferably from working with some form of sales environment within Sweden. Work within other Nordic countries is advantageous. Your experience is backed by a relevant academic degree. Naturally, you have a high proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, and previous knowledge of working with Power BI and SAP. As we're a global organization, you read, write and speak English fluently.
You're analytical and have the ability to challenge and present your own ideas. This job requires you to work independently and support the business with your expertise. You're communicative and collaborate with internal stakeholders on both local and regional levels, you support business decisions with proper risk management and clearly communicate the impact on the business and the customers.
