Job Description
Do you have experience in resilience or BCM work and are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to contribute your knowledge and skills to help Vattenfall's Heat business to become more resilient? Would you like to work together with colleagues from various security and resilience disciplines in an English-speaking team and support our business units in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK?
The Vattenfall Business Area (BA) Heat is looking for a motivated and active Business Area Resilience Officer based in Sweden!
In this role, a variety of tasks await you.You will familiarize yourself with the governance of the Vattenfall Group and get to know the way how we at Vattenfall manage security and resilience risks. You will develop and implement suitable processes in line with this governance for the BA Heat. You will get to know our various (district) heating activities in Northern Europe on site and network with important stakeholders. As a Senior Expert, you will be the responsible and contact person for overarching activities related to resilience, reporting directly to the Director Security & Resilience.
Your main tasks:
Implementing a business continuity management system across the BA in line with internal and external requirements
Maintaining a resilience toolkit, including but not limited to, Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan templates and relevant training material
Ensuring an appropriate incident management structure is in place
Planning exercises to test both business continuity planning and incident management
Extensive coordination and support to critical areas of the business (i.e. IT/OT)
Coordination and alignment with related functions (i.e.: security and risk management

Qualifications
As a person you have a proactive workattitude and like to take on responsibility. You complete tasks in a structured and result-oriented manner, with the goal firmly in view. You already have a network within Vattenfall or are eager to build a network quickly and align with your internal (and external) stakeholders. In addition, working in a team, prioritization and performance under pressure are natural skills of yours. You question matters critically, and get to the bottom of things You have experience in business continuity and/or incident management or related field (i.e. security, risk management, quality management, etc.).
To succeed as Business Area Resilience Officer you also need;
Experience and practical knowledge applying relevant ISO standards (i.e.: ISO 22301, 27001, 31000, 9001).
Experience and practical knowledge managing resilience for Operators of Essential Services in the NIS1 and/or NIS2 ecosystem.
Completed studies at least at Bachelor's level
Relevant certification / training is an advantage
Experience in an advisory capacity
Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
Willingness to travel occasionally in Northern Europe

Location
The office location will be our main offices in Arenastaden, Solna, but you will also travel regularly to other places. We are working hybrid but appreciate meeting colleagues and visiting our operations regularly.
