Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Predictive Operations to lead our efforts in building an industry leading proactive and predictive technology operations environment and accelerate the adoption of AIOps. You will create, implement, and oversee the strategy towards AI-enhanced monitoring capabilities for business processes, systems, products, and end-user related hardware and software for the H&M Group.
This includes continuous analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and ensure we always have the ambition to proactively address issues to a near zero impact. The Head of Predictive Operations will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve its goal of 99.99% production availability and deliver Efficiency & Effectiveness in our IT Deliveries and expected business outcomes.
As Head of Predictive Operations, some of your responsibilities will be to:
Provide vision, direction, and expertise for the creation, management, and availability of our Intelligent Platforms providing a fit-for-purpose Predictive, Automated and AI Driven Operations environment
Accelerate the use of machine learning algorithms and automation to predict, detect and remediate IT operations issues
Strategic stakeholder engagement across entire enterprise to identify & solve the problems impacting the Business & IT operations
Translate the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives at enterprise level to technical engineering solutions within the Business & IT Operations
Drive the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Lead a team, encouraging a self-driven approach whilst providing guidance, coaching and feedback for improvements related to both competence based and personal development.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to predictive and proactive AIOps and incorporate relevant advancements into the long term strategy and tactical roadmap

You have strong understanding and Functional knowledge in
Monitoring tools in Observability & Reliability space (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana or similar)
AIOps, Machine Learning Models (Data Science Platform/ Azure ML/ Splunk ML), RPA, Automation tools and technologies
Various type of data (application logs, DB transactions/logs, system logs, Cloud diagnostic logs)
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Agile methodologies, AI, Data processing and machine learning technologies and their application in Tech Operations
Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification (preferred)
ITIL - Advanced, Certification (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Qualifications

We believe you have proven experience in driving the development and execution of predictive and proactive technologies, frameworks, and methodologies in the field of Tech Operations. We are a proven and competent leader and as a role model for our values you live and put them into action. You are expected to demonstrate excellent cognitive, social, and emotional skills and know how to bring out the same in others. You can commit to directional decisions, take ownership of the whole and collaborate across boundaries. You create trust and dare to lead and communicate in a timely and clear way. In addition to this you have deep understanding and knowledge within:
3+ years' experience working across global teams, driving others to collaborate and succeed across a Matrix organisation
Demonstrates a combination of a highly technical operations leader and effective relationship skills
Deep understanding of the cost drivers in systems delivery and operations and the commercial consequences of the technical decisions made.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to improve system reliability and performance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize many requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
