Ericsson Business Architecture is the part of Enterprise Architecture Unit within group IT, and ventures well beyond the traditional organization boundaries.
Come and join a team of experienced Business Architects with the task to translate strategies into execution!
Our team describes the enterprise in terms of its business, governance structure, business processes, and business information for different business scenarios and within various ecosystems. The main focus is the business motivations, operations capabilities and analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together as a coordinated part of our target architecture - this to support our stakeholders on their transformation journeys and "imagine possible" initiatives.
What you will do
Develop a business architecture blueprints for various scenarios and motivations.
Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise.
Collect the business need and tactical and strategic enterprise goals
Describe the primary business capabilities and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions.
Describe the set of strategic, core and support processes that go beyond functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business
Support the definition and description of information concepts shared across the enterprise
You will bring
MBA, MsC or similar degree
A broad, group-wide view of our business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, awareness of enabling technologies, and governance
Recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
Visualize and build high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
Experience in planning and deploying initiatives in business and IT
Experience in modeling business architecture using a variety of tools and techniques
Act as liaison conveying information needs to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business architecture and benefit realization.
Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
A positive and inspiring problem solving mind-set to your everyday work and teammates
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Excellent cooperation skills.
